摘要
食品安全抽检是客观评价地区食品安全总体水平,有效防范食品安全事故发生的一种高效监管手段,随着国家对食品安全的重视程度日益提高,食品安全抽检的强度和频次也在不断增大。本文通过多角度分析某地食品安全抽检结果,深入剖析产生不合格食品的原因,整体评价该地区食品安全总体水平,为解决食品安全突出问题提出建议。
Food safety sampling inspection is an effective supervision means to objectively evaluate the overall level of regional food safety and effectively prevent the occurrence of food safety accidents.With the increasing national attention to food safety,the intensity and frequency of food safety sampling inspection are also increasing.By analyzing the results of sampling food safety from multiple angles,deeply analyze the causes of unqualified food,evaluate the overall level of food safety in the region,and put forward suggestions to solve the prominent problems of food safety.
