摘要
北京市从4月30日至5月底,实施了潮白河试验性生态补水,补水过程中,在河道入渗速率超于预期、水头演进慢于预测的情况下,适时优化多水源、多工程调度,在补水总量不突破的前提下,有效加快潮白河水头行进速度,缩短通水时间,减小渗漏损失量,如期实现了潮白河干流自1999年以来首次京津冀全线水流贯通。将补水实际调度情况与技术方案调度计划进行了对比,结果表明:对潮白河补水水头演进、水量调度起决定性的关键因素为各河段地下水回补入渗速率和砂坑槽蓄量,补水过程中与调度计划发生偏差后,可通过调整补水水源及流量、补水路径及闸坝调度等多种调度措施减少对调度计划实施的不利影响。
From April 30 to the end of May,Beijing implemented the experimental ecological water supply for the Chaobai River.During the ecological water supply process,the water infiltration rate was higher and the water head evolution was slower than predicted,so we adopted methods such as optimizing multiple water sources and multiple engineering scheduling.Under the premise of not breaking through the total water replenishment,we effectively accelerated the head of the Chaobai River,shortened the water flow time,and reduced the leakage loss.The Chaobai River was realized on schedule.For the first time since 1999,the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei river flows through the main stream.The actual replenishment dispatching situation was compared with the technical scheme dispatching plan,and the results showed that the decisive key factors for the evolution of the Chaobai River replenishment head and water volume dispatching are the water infiltration rate and storage in each river section.When the actual situation deviates from the scheduling plan during water supply,various scheduling measures can be used to reduce the adverse impact on the scheduling plan by adjusting the water source and flow rate,water replenishment path,and sluice and dam scheduling.
