潮白河生态补水对密云水库工程及防洪的影响研究 被引量:4

摘要 研究了2018年以来潮白河生态补水对密云水库工程及防洪的影响,重点研究了补水对水库工程、河道堤防及水库防洪方面的影响。研究表明:针对生态补水,水库机闸设施总体运行良好,可确保同量级洪水的行洪安全;然而水库下游河道堤防存在较大的风险隐患,堤防质量亟需进行安全鉴定;适时适量进行生态补水既可以产生很好的生态效益,还可以为水库腾出防洪库容,有利于水库的防汛调度。本文还对水库输泄水工程及下游河道的行洪能力进行了调查分析,就目前存在问题进行了思考,提出了建议。本研究对于密云水库的补水具有重要的指导意义。 This paper studies the impact of ecological water replenishment of Chaobai River on Miyun Reservoir Project and flood control since 2018,focuses on the impact of water replenishment on reservoir project,river embankment and reservoir flood control.The research shows that the overall operation of reservoir sluice facilities is good for ecological water replenishment,which can ensure the safety of flood discharge of the same magnitude.However,there are great potential risks in the river embankment at the lower reaches of the reservoir,and the embankment quality needs to be identified urgently.Timely and appropriate ecological water replenishment can not only produce good ecological benefits,but also free up the flood control capacity of the reservoir,which is conducive to the flood control operation of the reservoir in the flood season.This paper also investigates and analyzes the flood discharge capacity of the reservoir transmission and discharge project and the downstream river,considers the existing problems and puts some suggestions.
