摘要
以对DPPH自由基和羟基自由基的清除活性以及还原力为指标,测定白僵蚕不同浓度乙醇提取物的体外抗氧化作用。结果显示,白僵蚕65%、80%、95%乙醇提取物均具有较强的还原力以及对DPPH自由基和羟基自由基的清除作用,其中以白僵蚕80%乙醇提取物的体外抗氧化作用更强。结果表明,白僵蚕80%乙醇提取物富集了白僵蚕的主要抗氧化作用药效成分,可用于白僵蚕的抗氧化资源深度开发。
The antioxidant activities of ethanol extracts from Bombyx batryticatus at different concentrations in vitro were determined by scavenging DPPH and hydroxyl radicals and reducing power.The results showed that the 65%,80% and 95% ethanol extracts of Bombyx batryticatus had strong reduction ability and scavenging effects on DPPH and hydroxyl radicals,and the 80% ethanol extract of Bombyx batryticatus had the best antioxidant activity in vitro.The results showed that 80% ethanol extracts of Bombyx batryticatus could effectively enrich it's main antioxidant medicinal components,which can be used for the in depthdevelopment of antioxidant resources of Bombyx batryticatus.
