摘要
目的研究痉挛型脑瘫儿童不同语句的音高特征。方法选取15例5岁痉挛型脑瘫儿童(脑瘫组)和15例5岁正常儿童(正常组),采用自编的8句测试语料,分为陈述语调和疑问语调,每种语调包含一声、二声、三声、四声调各一句;分别测试两组儿童模仿四种声调下的陈述句和疑问句,获得平均言语基频(MSFF)、半音值、基频动态范围(F0 range),并由听者判断语调类型,比较两组的差异。结果①脑瘫组MSFF显著低于正常组(P<0.01),且脑瘫组内一声调的MSFF显著低于二、三声调(P<0.05);②声调对F0 range有极显著主效应(P<0.01),声调×组别、声调×语调、声调×语调×组别分别存在显著交互效应,表现为脑瘫组不同语句的基频动态范围与正常组相比存在显著差异,并受到声调和语调的影响;③脑瘫组半音值低于正常组(P<0.05);④两组疑问句正确率较低,但无显著组间差异(P>0.05),脑瘫组陈述句的准确率(75%)明显低于正常组(100%)(P<0.05)。结论痉挛型脑瘫儿童存在显著的陈述语调表达困难,主要为音高变化障碍,声调会影响其语调产出。
Objective To study the pitch characteristics of different sentences in children with spastic cerebral palsy(SCP).Methods Fifteen 5-year-old SCP children and fifteen age-matched TD children were selected.It was required to imitate declarative sentences and interrogative sentences in the four tones,and the average fundamental frequency(MSFF),semitone value,fundamental frequency dynamic range(F0 range),and the listener judged the intonation type in the two groups were obtained and compared.Results①MSFF The SCP group was significantly lower than the TD group,and the former was easily affected by tone.②F0 range Tones had significant main effects,and there were significant interaction effects in tone×group,tone×intonation,and tone×intonation×group,respectively.It was manifested as the F0 range of different sentences in the SCP group was significantly different from that of the TD group,and was affected by tone and intonation③Semitone value The SCP group was significantly lower than the TD group.④The accuracy of interrogative sentence expression was poor,but there was no significant difference between the two groups.The difference between groups of declarative sentences was significant,and SCP was significantly lower than TD.Conclusion SCP children have significant difficulty in expressing intonation,which is mainly caused by the disorder of pitch change,and their intonation expression is affected by the tone.
