摘要
基建及生产矿山,在天井掘进施工时,曾采用过普通法成井、吊罐法成井、反井钻机法成井,但存在安全隐患多,成井速度慢,劳动强度大,施工成本高等问题。为此常峪铁矿综合吊罐法、反井钻机法成井的特点,采用反井钻机与钻爆法联合成井方法,克服上述问题,从而提高施工效率和安全效益。
In the course of infrastructure and mining production,during patio excavation construction,it has been adopted with common method well completion,suspended bulkhead raising method well completion,reverse well drilling machine well completion,but problems exist as of great number of potential safety hazard,slow speed of well completion,large labor intensity and high construction costs.Therefore,Changyu Iron Ore Co.will comprehensively consider the features of suspended bulkhead raising method well completion and reverse well drilling machine well completion,and adopt the combined well completion method of reverse well drilling machine and drilling and explosive method,and the above problem will be overcome,and construction efficiency and safety result will be improved.
