电站锅炉管内壁缺陷多通道涡流检测装置试验研究

摘要 为检测电站锅炉管内壁缺陷,在分析涡流检测原理基础上,建立管道及检测线圈三维仿真模型,进行管内壁缺陷单通道及多通道涡流检测分析。分析结果表明,线圈直径范围内检测灵敏度最高点位于线圈半径1/2处,灵敏度最低点位于线圈外径边界处。据此设计制作了多通道涡流检测装置,该检测装置可有效检测出试样管道内壁的5.0 mm×0.2 mm×0.2 mm(长×宽×深)缺陷,且实际管道检测结果准确可靠,为电站锅炉管内壁缺陷高灵敏度自动化检测提供了一种新的方法。 In order to detect the inner wall defects of utility boiler tubes,based on the analysis of eddy current detection principle,this paper establishes the three-dimensional simulation model of pipes and detection coils,and analyzes the single-channel and multi-channel eddy current detection of pipe inner wall defects.The results show that,the highest detection sensitivity is located at 1/2 of the coil radius within the coil diameter range,and the lowest sensitivity is located at the outer diameter boundary of the coil.On this basis,a multi-channel eddy current detection device is designed and manufactured,which can effectively distinguish the detect of 5.0 mm×0.2 mm×0.2 mm(long×wide×depth)in the inner wall of the sample pipe,and the actual measurement result is accurate and reliable.It provides a new method for high-sensitivity automatic detection of inner wall defects of utility boiler tubes.
