摘要
目的研究一种含氯消毒湿巾的杀菌性能和稳定性。方法通过杀菌试验、杀菌稳定性试验和有机物干扰物试验对该消毒湿巾的杀菌效果和杀菌稳定性进行实验室评价。结果稳定型含氯消毒湿巾的有效氯与氨基磺酸质量比为1∶10,大肠埃希菌和金黄色葡萄球菌分别经有效氯浓度为2000或3000 mg/L的消毒湿巾作用5 min,杀灭率分别达到91.96%、96.88%和95.97%、99.29%;经过杀菌稳定性试验后,该消毒湿巾杀菌性能保持不变。有机干扰物存在时,指示菌分别经有效氯浓度为2000或3000 mg/L稳定型含氯消毒湿巾作用10 min,杀灭率均>90%。结论含氯消毒湿巾的有效氯与氨基磺酸质量比为1∶10且有效氯浓度≥2000 mg/L,作用时间>10 min时,杀菌效果优良,杀菌作用稳定,可作为日常清洁及疫情暴发时快捷有效地开展预防性消毒的理想选择。
Objective To research the stability and disinfection performance of a stable chlorine-containing disinfectant wipe.Methods The carrier quantitative germicidal test,disinfection stability test and organic interference test were used to evaluate the sterilization effect and sterilization stability of the disinfectant wipes.Results When the weight ratio of available chlorine to sulfamic acid in the stable chlorine-containing disinfectant wipes is 1:10,the killing rate of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus was respectively 91.96%,96.88%and 95.97%,99.29%in 2000 mg/L and 3000 mg/L available chlorine concentration of stable chlorine-containing disinfectant wipes for 5 minutes.After the stability test,the disinfection performance of the disinfectant wipes remained unchanged.In the presence of organic interferences,the killing rate of indicator bacteria was above 90%in the 2000 mg/L and 3000 mg/L available chlorine concentration of stable chlorine-containing disinfectant wipes for 10 minutes.Conclution When the weight ratio of effective chlorine to sulfamic acid of the stable chlorine-containing disinfection wipes was 1:10,the available chlorine concentration was≥2000 mg/L,and the action time was more than 10 min,the disinfetion effect was excellent and stable.It can be used as an ideal choice for daily cleaning and quick and effective preventive disinfection during outbreaks.
