Application of Big Data Technology to Cause Analysis of Accidents and Incidents in Oil and Gas Industry

摘要 为深入研究历年油气生产企业事故事件致因因素,为事故事件预控提供依据,采用事故致因理论即屏障理论通过分析石油及天然气行业事故事件调查报告数据,建立了适用于石油石化行业的HSE文本语义分析模型,并从1万余条事故事件数据中自动提取13类失效屏障类型、14类屏障失效原因和13项管理因素,通过实例应用与分析,探讨了导致油气行业事故屏障失效的管理因素,提出事故HSE管理建议。结果表明:人员操作屏障和结构完整性屏障是事故事件中失效最多的两类屏障,其中人员操作屏障失效导致了59%的事故事件,结构完整性屏障失效导致了22%的事故事件;员工安全意识缺乏/疏忽/失误和安全知识/技能不足是导致人员操作屏障失效的关键原因,装置/设备设计缺陷和装置/设备运行控制缺陷是导致结构完整性屏障失效的关键原因;风险防控与隐患排查治理是导致人员操作屏障失效和结构完整性屏障失效的共性管理因素。该研究结果可为油气生产企业事故事件的预防提供依据。 In order to conduct in-depth study of the causes of accidents and incidents in oil and gas production enterprises over the years,and to provide a basis for the pre-control of accidents and incidents,this paper applies the accident cause theory,namely,the barrier theory,to analyze the data from accident and incident reports of oil and gas industry,and establishes an HSE text semantic analysis model suitable for the petroleum and petrochemical industry.The paper extracts 13 types of failure barriers,14 types of failure causes,and 13 management factors from more than 10000 accident and incident reports.Through a case study,the paper discusses the management factors leading to barrier failure of accidents and incidents in oil and gas industry and puts forward suggestion for the HSE management of accidents.The result are as follows:personnel-operated barriers and structural integrity barriers are the two largest failure types of barriers in accidents and incidents,of which the failure of personnel-operated barriers affect 59%of the accidents and incidents.In accidents,the failure of structural integrity barriers result in 22%of accidents and incidents;lack of employee safety awareness/negligence/errors and insufficient safety knowledge and skills are the key reasons for the failure of personnel to operate barriers;defects in device/equipment design,installation and operation control are key reasons for the failure of the complete barrier;risk prevention and control and hidden danger investigation and management are common management factors that lead to the failure of personnel operation barriers and structural integrity barriers.The results from analysis can provide basis for the prevention of accidents and incidents in oil and gas production enterprises.
