高压模拟井筒传热特性分析及分段式加温控制研究 被引量:1

摘要 以高压模拟井筒传热过程为研究对象,应用传热学理论建立了高压模拟井筒传热物理模型与数学模型。使用等效导热法对釜内工作介质对流传热过程进行计算,应用有限差分法对数学模型进行数值求解。分析了射孔器材中心温度和模拟井筒导热能力随加热温度和加热时间的变化规律。对分段式调温加热法的不同加热参数进行优化分析,求解得出约束条件下的可行方案,根据优化目标得出满足生产需求的最佳加热参数设定值。 Taking the heat transfer process of high pressure simulation as the research object,the physical model and mathematical model of high pressure wellbore heat transfer simulation are established by using heat transfer theory.The equivalent heat conduction method is used to calculate the convection heat transfer process of the working medium in the kettle,and the finite difference method is used to numerically solve the mathematical model.The variation of central temperature of perforating equipment and thermal conductivity of simulated wellbore with heating temperature and heating time was analyzed.The different heating parameters of the piecewise heating method were optimized and analyzed,and the feasible scheme under the constraint conditions was solved.According to the optimization objective,the optimal heating parameter setting value was obtained to meet the production needs.
