摘要
随着电子设备的发展进步越来越快,散热问题也变得越来越棘手,而传统的散热方式也存在一定的局限性。列举了几种电子设备的散热方式,主要介绍了电子散热的前沿技术,阐述了各自的发展现状和应用场景,并分析它们的优点和不足之处,最后对散热技术进行总结和展望。
With the rapid development and progress of electronic equipment,the problem of heat dissipation has become more and more difficult,and the traditional heat dissipation method also has certain limitations.Several kinds of electronic equipment heat dissipation methods is listed,mainly introduces the electronic heat dissipation frontier technology,describes their development status and application scenarios,and analyzes their advantages and disadvantages,and finally summarizes and looks into the heat dissipation technology.
