摘要 对国内铁型覆砂铸造工艺进行了总结。铁型壁厚根据铸件重量和壁厚等因素确定,再调节覆砂层厚度以控制铸件各部分的冷却速度。铁型的重量一般是铸件的7~8倍,随形覆膜砂厚为5~8 mm左右,铁砂比约为1:0.18。采用半封闭式浇注系统并采用滤网对铁液进行过滤。球墨铸铁一般不采用冒口,但小型球墨铸铁件和灰铸铁件应加上冒口。铸件的碳硅当量比湿型砂造型工艺高,铁水出炉温度也较高,采用复合孕育剂进行孕育和较低牌号球化剂进行球化。铁型覆砂生产的球铁件石墨球细小均匀,铸件表面质量和尺寸精度高。 The domestic iron mold sand-coated casting process has been summarized in the text.The wall thickness of the iron mold is determined according to factors such as the weight and wall thickness of the casting,and then the thickness of the sand coating layer is adjusted to control the cooling rate of each part of the casting.The weight of the iron mold is generally 7-8 times that of the casting,the thickness of the conformal coated sand is about 5-8 mm,and the iron-sand ratio is about 1:0.18.A semi-closed pouring system and a filter screen are used to filter the molten iron.Ductile iron generally does not use risers,but small ductile irons and gray cast irons should be added with risers.The carbon and silicon equivalent of the casting is higher than that of the green sand molding process,and the molten iron is at a higher temperature.The composite inoculant is used for inoculation and the lower grade nodulizer is used for spheroidization.The graphite spheres of ductile iron produced by sand-coated iron molds are small and uniform,while the surface quality and dimensional accuracy of the castings are high.
