摘要
以葡萄糖为共基质、厌氧颗粒污泥为受试生物,通过TOC、COD、挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)产量、关键酶活性以及胞外聚合物(EPS)含量的变化探究丁辛醇(BOA)废水对生物酸化的抑制特性。结果表明:BOA废水的半效应浓度(EC_(50),以COD计)为12607 mg/L,为丙酸型发酵;高浓度BOA废水对脱氢酶、乙酸激酶、乙酰辅酶A和丁酸激酶活性抑制显著,阻碍了产酸过程中VFA的累积,导致COD和TOC的去除率下降,微生物为抵御外界毒性物质分泌了大量的EPS。
Using glucose as co-substrate and anaerobic granular sludge astest organisms,the inhibitory characteristics of the butyl-octyl alcohol(BOA)wastewater on biological acidification was explored by studying changes of COD,TOC,volatile fatty acid(VFA)yield,key enzyme activities and extracellular polymeric substances(EPS)content.The experimental results show that:The 50%effect concentration(EC_(50),calculated by COD)of BOA wastewater is 12607 mg/L,and the main fermentation type is propionic acid fermentation;The high-concentration BOA wastewater inhibits the activities of dehydrogenase,acetokinase,acetyl coenzyme A and butyrate kinase are significantly inhibited.It is found that the addition of BOA wastewater hinders the VFA accumulationin the acid-producing process,resulting in a decrease in COD and TOC removal rate,and the microorganisms secrete a large amount of EPS to resist external toxic substances and protect itself from poisonig.
