摘要
本文尝试利用氯化铝、氯化铁对活性硅酸进行改性,制备聚合硅酸铝铁絮凝剂(PAFSC)。研究表明,pH为2,铁硅铝摩尔比为4︰1︰1时,制备的PAFSC具有良好的稳定性与絮凝效果。其对普通河水处理有着较为优秀的处理效果,在本次实验中最佳用量为每百毫升水样中加入8 mL絮凝剂絮凝效果较好。其对常见染料废水尤其是无机染料废水的脱色率可达98.7%。
In this paper,activated silicic acid was truied to be modified with aluminum chloride and ferric chloride to prepare polymeric aluminum ferric silicate flocculant(PAFSC).Studies have shown that when the pH is 2 and the molar ratio of iron silicon aluminum is 4︰1︰1,the prepared PAFSC exhibits the best stability and flocculation effect.It has an excellent treatment effect on ordinary river water treatment.In this experiment,the best dosage is to add 8mL flocculant per 100 mL water sample.The decolorization rate of common dye wastewater,especially inorganic dye wastewater can reach high to 98.7%.
