摘要
建立石墨炉原子吸收光谱法直接进样测定重石脑油中痕量铁、镍、钒金属元素的新方法。采用石墨炉标准加入法、纵向塞曼背景校正模式,以硝基钯作为基体改进剂,优化石墨炉升温程序,直接进样检测重石脑油中金属含量。在该试验条件下,铁、镍、钒的质量浓度在0.0~10.0μg/L范围内与吸光度值具有良好的线性关系,标准工作曲线相关系数均大于0.995,检出限为0.13~0.17μg/kg,加标样品回收率为93.9%~100.6%,测定结果的相对标准偏差(n=6)为3.43%~5.61%。该法操作简单、无前处理、用时短、准确性高,适用于重石脑油样品中痕量铁镍钒含量的快速测定。
A new method of determination of trace iron,nickel and vanadium in heavy naphtha was measured directly sample by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectroscopy was established.Using graphite furnace standard addition method and vertical Zeeman background correction mode,nitropalladium as the matrix improvement agent,optimize the heating procedure of graphite furnace directly sample and detect the metal content in heavy naphtha.under this test conditions,the mass concentration of iron,nickel and vanadium is well linear within 0.0~10.0μg/L,and the correlation coefficient of the standard working curve is greater than 0.995,check out limit to 0.13~0.17μg/kg,recovery rate of the labeled sample is 93.9%~100.6%,the relative standard deviation of the measurement results was 3.43%~15.61%(n=6).The method is simple,pretreatment,short time and high accuracy,and is suitable for rapid determination of trace iron,nickel and vanadium content in heavy naphtha samples.
