摘要
本文针对新型的自修复电缆外护套绝缘材料没有电气性能自修复评价方法问题,在对绝缘材料自修复技术研究的基础上,提出了绝缘材料电气性能自修复评价方法,并应用数理统计技术对测定数据进行统计分析,提高了评价的准确度。评价方法不仅可以评价新型自修复材料是否具备电气自修复性能,另一方面,材料的合成配方优化及性能改进业需要在评价的基础上进行改进。
In view of the problem that the new type of insulation material of self-repairing Cable Sheath has no self-repairing evaluation method of electrical performance,the self-repairing evaluation method of electrical performance of insulation material is put forward on the basis of the study of the self-repairing technology of insulation material,the mathematical statistics technique is used to analyze the measured data and improve the accuracy of the evaluation.The evaluation method can not only evaluate the electrical self-repair performance of the new self-repair material,but also improve the composition and performance of the material.
