基于加速实验探讨不同包装方式对薏苡仁饮片稳定性的影响 被引量:1

Exploring the influence of different packaging methods on the stability of Coix seed based on accelerated experiments

摘要 目的经加速实验留样考察,探讨不同包装方式对薏苡仁饮片稳定性的影响,探讨薏苡仁饮片贮藏最适宜的包装方式。方法开展为期10周的加速留样稳定性考察,采用HPLC-ELSD法测定甘油三油酸酯含量,采用HPLC光化学衍生检测法测定黄曲霉毒素含量。从薏苡仁外观性状、甘油三油酸酯含量、黄曲霉毒素残留量的变化中探讨不同包装方式对薏苡仁饮片稳定性的影响。结果从第8周开始,生品中的编织袋包装和塑料袋包装就出现有明显的哈喇子气味,而真空袋包装,则在10周之内都无明显的变化。从含量折线图总体趋势观察,从第1周到最后1周各包装袋封装薏苡仁含量上并无明显变化,而黄曲霉毒素的测定方面,直至9、10周才在塑料袋封装中检测出黄曲霉毒素,其余各组并无。结论经过10周的加速留样考察发现使用聚乙烯网纹真空袋包装的薏苡仁质量更加稳定,更不易于出现油脂的酸败和黄曲霉毒素的滋生现象。 Objective To investigate the effects of different packaging methods on the stability of Coix seed by accelerating experimental samples,and to determine the most suitable packaging method for storage of Coix seed.Methods The stability of sample retention was studied for 10 weeks.The content of glycerol trioleate was determined by HPLC-ELSD method.The content of aflatoxin was determined by HPLC photochemical derivatization assay.The effects of different packaging methods on the stability of Coix seed were investigated from the changes of appearance traits,glycerol trioleate content and aflatoxin residues.Results From the eighth week onwards,the woven bag packaging and the plastic bag packaging in the raw materials showed obvious scent of scorpion,while the vacuum bag packaging showed no obvious change within ten weeks.From the overall trend of the content line chart,there was no significant change in the content of Coix seed in the package from the first week to the last week,and the determination of aflatoxin did not detect yellow in the plastic bag package until nine or ten weeks.Aspergillus toxin,the remaining groups are not.Conclusion After 10 weeks of accelerated sample retention,it was found that the quality of Coix seed packed with polyethylene mesh vacuum bag is more stable,and it is less prone to rancidity of oil and aflatoxin.
