摘要 通过在铝硅镀液中调整Si的含量,研究了不同Si含量对铝硅镀层热成形前后镀层结构与表面形貌的影响。结果表明:不同Si含量对铝硅镀层热成形前的镀层结构与表面形貌影响不大,镀层由内外两层构成,外层为含有一定固溶Si的纯Al层并夹杂有少量的柱状的τ_(6)相,内层主要为Fe-Al-Si三元相τ_(5);不同Si含量明显影响铝硅镀层热成形后的镀层结构与表面形貌,高Si含量的镀层有利于形成Fe-Al-Si三元相呈连续分布的镀层结构,高Si含量的镀层不易形成孔洞,高Si含量的镀层热成形后有利于形成更为粗糙的表面。 In this work,the influence of different Si content on the structure and surface morphology of the aluminum-silicon coating before and after hot forming was studied by adjusting the content of Si in the aluminum-silicon solution.The results show that different Si content has little effect on the coating structure and surface morphology of the aluminum-silicon coating before hot forming:the coating is composed of inner and outer layers,the outer layer is a pure Al layer containing a certain amount of solid solution Si with a small amount of columnarτ6 phase,the inner layer is mainly Fe-Al-Si ternary phaseτ5;Different Si content obviously affects the coating structure and surface morphology of the aluminum-silicon coating after hot forming,the coating with high Si content is conducive to the formation of a continuous distribution of Fe-Al-Si ternary phases,high Si content is not easy to form holes,and high Si content is conducive to the formation of a rougher surface after hot forming.
