马钢360m^(2)烧结机用脂优化降本实践

摘要 炼铁总厂北区现有2座360m^(2)烧结机,暨A、B烧结机,于2006年投产,年产成品烧结矿916万t,是烧结厂的核心设备,常温段使用长城SJ-100润滑脂,高温段使用EMALUBE EP润滑脂,使用量大,高温性差,导致滑道磨损大,密封性能差,导致漏风率升高,为解决这个问题,对烧结机用脂进行升级替代,替代产品为长城MCS-F润滑脂,该油脂具备优良的耐高温性,180℃长时间高温烘烤后稠度变化小,不易流失,能在滑道部位保持良好的润滑性和辅助密封作用,有效提高烧结机滑道的密封性能,减少设备漏风率,减少润滑脂品种和用量,达到降本增效、清洁环保的目的。 There are two 360m^(2)sintering machines in the north area of the ironmaking plant,and A,B sintering machines were put into operation in 2006.The annual output of sinter is 9.16 million tons,which is the core equipment of the sintering plant.The Great Wall SJ-100 grease is used in the normal temperature section,and EMALUBE EP grease is used in the high temperature section.The use of large amount and poor high temperature lead to large wear of the raceway,poor sealing performance,and high air leakage rate.In order to solve this problem,the sintering machine grease is upgraded and replaced,and the substitute product is the Great Wall MCS-F grease.The grease has excellent high temperature resistance.After 180°C long time high temperature baking,the consistency change is small,and it is not easy to lose.It can maintain good lubrication and auxiliary sealing effect in the raceway,effectively improve the sealing performance of the sintering machine,reduce the air leakage rate of equipment,and reduce the variety and dosage of grease,so as to achieve the purpose of cost,efficiency,clean and environmental protection.
