摘要
根据处理机外壳塑件的结构特点,设计了前模斜滑块两板式注塑模具。针对塑件面积较大且深度高的面,采用斜滑块结构设计。在斜滑块中设计弹性推出机构和底部拉钩机构,避免脱模时粘前模和斜滑块。开模时,圆柱推杆、推管、斜顶和方形推杆相配合推出塑件,整个开模动作安全、平稳,避免塑件在模具打开时变形损坏。模具采用前模斜滑块的设计,使用3个侧浇口进行均衡浇注,整体结构紧凑,有效地简化了模具结构。
According to the structural characteristics of the plastic part of the processor,a two plate injection mould with one front slide was designed.Because of the large area and high depth of the plastic part,the inclined slide was used to form the rib plate of the plastic part.The elastic mechanism and hook mechanism were designed in the inclined slide to ensure plastic quality.The mould used three side gates for balanced injecting.Ejector pins,slanted ejectors and ejector sleeves pushed out the plastic parts from mould,which ensured the smooth movement and quality of the plastic parts.The design of the inclined slide block of the front mould was compact and simplified the structure of the mould.
