摘要
厌氧氨氧化是非常有前景的生物脱氮工艺,但由于短程硝化的局限性,厌氧氨氧化工艺一直难以全面推广,而短程反硝化的提出则弥补了这一缺陷。近些年短程反硝化的研究已经取得诸多成果,首先回顾了反硝化过程中影响亚硝酸盐积累的因素,综述了成功启动短程反硝化的富集实验,分析了菌群特性和亚硝酸盐积累机理,总结了反应器启动条件,并指出了现有研究中的不足之处,认为探明短程反硝化功能菌的富集机理和种间选择机制能够更好地促进短程反硝化的发展。随后综述了短程反硝化/厌氧氨氧化组合工艺的研究现状并展望了其应用前景。
Anaerobic ammonia oxidation(ANAMMOX)is a very promising biological nitrogen removal process.However,due to the limitations of partial nitrification,the ANAMMOX process was difficult to be fully promoted,and the partial denitrification(PD)has made up for this deficiency.In recent years,there were many achievements in the research of PD.This article first reviewed the factors affecting the accumulation of nitrite during the denitrification process,reviewed the various enrichment experiments that successfully achieved PD,analyzed the functional bacteria performance and the nitrate accumulation mechanism,summarized the start-up conditions of the reactor,and pointed out the shortcomings in the existing research,indicated that ascertaining the enrichment mechanism and interspecies selection mechanism of the PD functional bacteria could promote the PD development.Subsequently,the research status of the PD/ANAMMOX process was reviewed and the application prospect of the process was prospected.
