氯仿偶联脱氯化氢制备四氯乙烯的研究

摘要 采用浸渍法选取不同载体制备系列2%Pd/C催化剂,筛选出粉状活性炭C1为较适宜载体,考察不同助剂Ba、Fe、Cu、Al修饰对氯仿偶联脱氯化氢反应性能影响,结果表明,加入3%Fe修饰后的2%Pd/C催化剂选择性和转化率大幅提升。氯仿偶联脱氯化氢反应较优反应条件为:反应温度500℃,质量空速为0.5~3 h^(-1)。该反应条件下氯仿转化率可达91.6%,四氯甲烷选择性大于78.5%。 A series of 2%Pd/C catalysts were prepared with different support by impregnation method,and powdered activated carbon C1 was selected as the suitable support.The effects of different additives Ba,Fe,Cu and Al modification on the dehydrogenation performance of chloroform coupling were investigated.The results showed that the selectivity and conversion rate of 2%Pd/C catalyst modified with 3%Fe were greatly improved.The optimal reaction conditions of chloroform coupling dehydrogenation were as follows:reaction temperature was 500℃,mass space velocity was 0.5~3 h^(-1).The conversion of chloroform can reach 91.6%and the selectivity of tetrachloroethylene is more than 78.5%.
