摘要
针对大型飞机部件加工中多台数控机床同步加工时存在的加工质量风险难题,基于西门子840D SL系统中的快速I/O功能,提出一种多台设备电气、程序控制判断方法。该方法能实现多台设备的并联互锁功能,有效解决了多台数控设备同步加工时存在的加工质量风险问题,为实现大型飞机部件数字化加工应用提供了参考。
To solve the quality risk in simultaneous machining of large aircraft parts by using multiple CNC machine tools,based on the fast I/O function of the Siemens 840D SL system,a multi⁃machine tool electrical and program cooperative control method was proposed.By using the method,the parallel interlock function of multiple devices can be realized,which effectively solves the problem of processing quality risk existing in the simultaneous movement of multiple devices and provides reference for the digital processing of large aircraft components.
