摘要
为了更合理准确地评估通信对抗训练干扰效果,提出了一种基于条件云模型和TOPSIS法的干扰效果评估方法,首先,分析并建立干扰效果指标体系;之后,利用条件云模型将定性指标的模糊性评语转化为定量评分值;然后,设计一种结合信号质量信息的组合赋权法对指标进行赋权;最后,通过TOPSIS法对干扰效果进行评估并排序。新方法兼顾了定性指标的模糊性和随机性,使评估更加合理,同时,新的赋权方法充分利用了信号的质量信息,使权重更加准确,并能够为非训练场景的干扰效果评估赋权提供参考。
In order to evaluate the jamming effect of communication countermeasure training more reasonably and accurately,a jamming effect evaluation method based on conditional cloud model and TOPSIS method is proposed.Firstly,the jamming effect index system is analyzed and established,then the fuzzy evaluation of qualitative indexes is transformed into quantitative score value by using conditional cloud model.And then a combined weighting method combined with signal quality information is designed to weight the indexes.Finally,the jamming effect is evaluated and ranked by TOPSIS method.The new method takes into account the fuzziness and randomness of qualitative indexes to make the evaluation more reasonable.At the same time,the new weighting method makes full use of the signal quality information to make the weight more accurate,which can provide a reference for the weighting of jamming effect evaluation in non-training scenes.
