摘要
结合相关理论并选取其2000-2019年相关年度数据构建VAR模型,以研究外商直接投资(FDI)对安徽省经济增长与就业的影响。结果表明:从整体上看,FDI可以促进安徽省经济增长并带动就业人数的增加。这种正向影响在前期尤为显著,但随着时间的推移,挤出效应、环境效应、税收效应等负面效应逐步显现,导致该正向影响在长期来看具有波动性。因此,安徽省在引进FDI时需充分考虑产业结构、环境污染、政策制定等问题,吸引高质量外资,同时加强对外商投资企业的监管,完善相关法律政策,积极营造公平竞争的市场环境,兼顾内外资企业协调发展,进而推动安徽省经济持续发展和就业稳定增长。
This paper builds a VAR model based on the relevant theoretical analysis and the annual data of Anhui Province from 2000 to 2019 to study the impact of FDI on economic growth and employment in Anhui Province.The results show that,on the whole,FDI can promote economic growth and increase employment in Anhui Province.The positive effect is particularly significant in the early stage,but with the passage of time,the crowding-out effect,environmental effect and other negative effects gradually emerge,leading to the positive effect volatility in the long term.Therefore,when introducing FDI,Anhui Province should fully consider the industrial structure,environmental pollution and other issues,attract high-quality FDI,strengthen the supervision of foreign-invested enterprises,improve relevant laws and policies,create a fair competition market environment,give consideration to the coordinated development of domestic enterprises and foreign-invested enterprises.Only in this way can Anhui Province promote sustainable economic development and stable employment growth.
