基于灰色理论的空袭兵器威胁动态评估TOPSIS法

摘要 针对防空作战中空袭兵器威胁评估问题,引入空袭兵器参数更新时刻权重,考虑前一时刻威胁情况对当前时刻威胁情况的影响,提出了一种空袭兵器威胁动态评估方法。首先,依据防空作战特点,构建了空袭兵器威胁动态评估指标体系;其次,利用熵权理论和层次分析法确定的综合权重代替单一主观或者客观权重;最后,利用灰色理论及逼近理想解排序方法对单一时刻的威胁情况进行排序,并将前一时刻的评估结果反应到当前时刻威胁评估结果当中。文中实例表明,该方法能够有效解决空袭兵器威胁评估问题,为指挥决策提供一定的依据。 Aiming at the threat assessment of air attack targets in air defense operations,the time weight of updating the pa⁃rameters of air attack targets is introduced,and the influence of the threat situation of the previous moment on the threat situation of the current moment is considered,and a dynamic threat assessment method for air attack targets is proposed in this paper.Firstly,according to the characteristics of air defense operations,a dynamic evaluation index system of air attack target threat is construct⁃ed.Secondly,the comprehensive weight determined by entropy weight theory and analytic hierarchy process is used to replace the single subjective or objective weight.Finally,the threat of a single moment is ranked by grey theory and the ranking method of ap⁃proximate ideal solution,and the results of the previous moment are reflected in the results of the current moment threat assessment.The example in this paper shows that the method can effectively solve the problem of air attack target threat assessment and provide a basis for command decision.
