摘要
角反射器在实际加工时并不能满足金属板间的绝对垂直,需分析加工误差对其声散射特性的影响,即对非正交刚性角反射器声散射特性进行研究。基于ANSYS建模软件与SYSNOISE声学处理软件,研究水下刚性二面角和三面角反射器在平板间夹角均为90°、85°、80°三个情况下的声散射特性(入射声波为5kHz~15kHz),得到入射角度与目标强度值之间的关系,入射频率与目标强度值及方向性之间的关系。结果表明:金属板间夹角对刚性角反射器声散射特性影响较大,正交角反射器声散射特性最优,目标强度值与散射宽度最强,非正交刚性角反射器声散射特性不稳定,实际使用价值较小。
The corner reflector cannot satisfy the absolute perpendicularity between metal plates in practice,as a result,the influence of machining errors on the acoustic scattering characteristics of corner reflectors has been analyzed.Based on ANSYS mod⁃eling software and SYSNOISE acoustic processing software,the acoustic scattering characteristics of underwater rigid dihedral cor⁃ner reflector and trihedral corner reflector under the conditions of 90,85 and 80 degrees between plates are studied(the incident sound wave is 5kHz~15kHz),and the relationship between the incident angle and the target intensity value,the relationship be⁃tween the incident frequency and the target intensity value and directivity is obtained.The results show that the angle between the metal plates has a great influence on the acoustic scattering characteristics of the rigid corner reflector.The orthogonal corner reflec⁃tor has the best acoustic scattering characteristics,and the target strength and scattering width are the strongest.The non-orthogonal rigid corner reflector has unstable acoustic scattering characteristics and has little practical value.
