压缩空气储能系统高压离心压缩机进口导叶调节规律研究 被引量:8

摘要 在压缩空气储能系统多级离心压缩机中,末级离心压缩机需要在高压力环境、大负荷流量下持续高效运行。作为一种变工况调节技术,进口导叶调节可以有效改善压缩机气动性能,扩大其工作流量范围和压比范围。本文以某压缩空气储能系统所采用的高压离心压缩机为研究对象。首先,通过数值计算的方法研究了进口导叶调节时的压缩机性能变化规律,结果表明采用进口导叶调节可以有效拓宽压缩机运行工况范围,工作流量范围扩大了30.4%,压比范围扩大了427.4%。然后,本文采用Kriging插值模型获得了压缩机综合性能曲线图和不同储能工况需求下的最优进口导叶调节规律,为压缩空气储能系统高压离心压缩机变工况主动控制提供了依据。 In the multi-stage centrifugal compressor of the compressed air energy storage system(CAES)system,the last-stage centrifugal compressor needs to operate continuously and efficiently in an ultra-high pressure environment.As an adjustment technology for variable operating conditions,the adjustable inlet guide vanes can effectively improve the aerodynamic performance of the compressor and expand its working flow range and pressure ratio range.In this paper,the high-pressure centrifugal compressor for certain CAES system is taken as the research object and the regulation law of the compressor performance is studied by numerical calculation method when the inlet guide vanes are adjusted.The results show that the use of adjustable inlet guide vanes can effectively expand the operating range of the compressor,the working flow range is expanded by 30.4%and the pressure ratio range is expanded by 427.4%.Then,this paper uses the Kriging model to obtain the comprehensive characteristic curves of the high-pressure compressor and the optimal regulation law of the adjustable inlet guide vanes under different energy storage conditions,which provides a basis for the active control of the high-pressure centrifugal compressor of the CAES system.
