数字零售企业竞争力比较与提升路径研究——以多种业态龙头企业为对象

Research on Competitiveness Comparison and Promotion Path of Digital Retail Enterprises—Leading Enterprises of Various Formats as the Research Object

摘要 数字零售以大数据、云计算和人工智能等新技术为支撑,通过对生产、物流、门店销售、消费者购买等各个环节进行数字化采集,通过算法分析做出精细化运营指导,极大提高了运营效率,满足了消费者多层次需求。本文从竞争资源、竞争能力和竞争绩效三个方面构建了包含11个二级指标和45个三级指标的数字零售企业竞争力评价指标体系,运用模糊综合评价法对不同零售业态下的5家代表性不同业态的数字零售企业,即盒马鲜生、缤果盒子、小米之家、苏宁易购和银泰百货的竞争力进行评价。研究结果发现,盒马鲜生和小米之家竞争力为“强”级别,缤果盒子和苏宁易购为“较强”级别,银泰百货为“一般”级别;最后,为数字零售企业的发展提出相应策略。 Digital retailing is supported by new technologies such as big data,cloud computing and artificial intelligence.Through digital collection of production,logistics,store sales,consumer purchase and other aspects,it makes refined operation guidance through algorithm analysis,which greatly improves operational efficiency and meets the multi-level needs of consumers.In this paper,the competitiveness evaluation index system of digital retail enterprises is constructed from three aspects of competitive resources,competitiveness and competitive performance,including 11 secondary indexes and 45 tertiary indexes.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the competitiveness of five representative digital retail enterprises in different retail formats:Freshippo,Bingobox,Xiaomi Home,SUNING.COMCO.,LTD,and Yintai Department Store Co.,Ltd.The results show that the competitiveness of Freshippo and Xiaomi Home is“strong”,that of Bingobox and SUNING.COMCO.,LTD is“stronger”,and that of Yintai Department Store Co.,Ltd is“general”.Finally,it provides ideas for the development of digital retail enterprises.
