摘要
通过Handheld 3D、Handyscan300、Filips16排CT 3种扫描形式进行雕饰家具的三维数字化,比较不同雕饰工艺试件的三维重建适用性。探求不同雕饰特点的木质家具三维数字化有效扫描方法。采用3款不同扫描设备进行4组试验,分析不同雕饰工艺木质家具的三维数字化模型状况,探讨不同扫描仪对不同雕饰工艺家具的三维重建影响,探讨其适用性。试验证明Handheld 3D和Handyscan300均可获取高精度浮雕家具的三维数字模型,但是Handheld 3D在获取透雕家具试件数据模型时纵向坐标信息几乎全部丢失,Handyscan300可较好地获取透雕家具试件数据信息,部分纵向坐标信息丢失,经逆行工程修补后可获取较好的三维数字模型。CT扫描获得的图像经三维重建后得到的数字模型精度最高。对不同雕饰工艺的木质家具需根据其工艺特点采用不同型号的激光扫描仪或CT扫描仪进行三维重建,可获得高精度的三维数字模型。通过CT三维断层扫描获取的图像经三维重建后可获取与试件外观高度一致的三维数字模型,并可导成多种文件格式进行后续虚拟展示、数字信息存档、3D打印、机器雕刻等处理。
The configuration and design of woodcarving furniture is complex and one single piece of woodcarving furniture may contain a variety of carving techniques.For example,anaglyph,diaglyph,line engraving,openwork carving,and other techniques usually present on one piece of woodcarving furniture either independently or together.In the virtual display and digital information archiving of such woodcarving furniture cultural relics,the use of traditional manual 3D modeling is time-consuming with poor effect.In this paper,Handheld 3D(laser scanner),Handyscan300(laser scanner),and Filips16 row CT(CT scanner)were used to digitize different types of woodcarving furniture specimens and their resulting effects were compared to test the specific applicability in 3D reconstruction of corresponding woodcarving techniques.The results showed that both Handheld 3D and Handyscan300 could generate highly precise 3D digital models of anaglyph woodcarving furniture specimen.Handheld 3D lost almost all Y axis data when remodeling openwork woodcarving furniture specimen,while Handyscan300 generated better 3D digital model of openwork specimen after reverse engineering data recovery even though it lost part of the Y axis data.The digital model obtained by the 3D reconstruction of the image obtained by the Filips16 row CT had the highest accuracy that was highly consistent with the appearance of the specimen,and could be exported into a variety of file formats for subsequent virtual display,digital information archiving,3D printing,machine engraving and other applications.The significance of this study is that to obtain high-precision models,specific laser scanner or CT scanner should be applied for the 3D reconstruction of woodcarving furniture with particular carving technique.
