摘要
以某车型侧围外板和后流水槽为研究对象,通过结构优化设计,将其合二为一,得到集成化的侧围外板,并设计了4道工序的冲压工艺方案。利用AutoForm软件对集成化侧围外板进行全工序成形有限元分析,识别了后流水槽区域起皱风险,对集成化侧围外板冲压工艺方案进行优化,在工序2增加预成形工艺,解决了后流水槽起皱问题,实现车身制造的低成本化。
Taking the side outer panel and the back drain groove of a car as the research object,the integrated side wall outer panel was obtained by combining the above two through structural opti⁃mization design,and the stamping process scheme including four processes was designed.The Au⁃toForm software was used to finite element analyze the whole process forming of the integrated side wall outer panel,the risk of wrinkling in the area of the back drain groove was identified.The stamping process scheme of the integrated side wall outer panel was optimized,and the pre-form⁃ing process was added in the second process,which solved the wrinkling problem of the back drain groove and realized the low cost of the body manufacturing.
