摘要
选取14种小麦品系,比较对麦二叉蚜的抗性,旨在筛选抗麦二叉蚜的品种材料。通过对大田麦二叉蚜种群数量的调查统计和室内抗蚜性鉴定,测定了不同小麦品系对麦二叉蚜的生殖力和生物量的影响。田间和室内鉴定结果表明,小麦品系XM87和XM32可作为抗麦二叉蚜的品种材料。
Fourteen wheat varieties were selected to compare their resistance to wheat aphid Schizaphis graminum.The effects of different wheat varieties on the fecundity and biomass of S.graminum were determined through the investigation and statistics of the population growth in fields and the identification of aphid resistance in laboratory.The results showed that wheat varieties XM87 and XM32 could be used as the resources for cultivating wheat varieties with resistance to S.graminum.
