摘要
为适应新时期科技情报服务由资源服务向知识服务的转变,必须提高区域内科技型企业获取、发现、挖掘、运用知识的能力。基于知识服务的内涵、模式和流程,采用大数据、云计算和Web服务技术,设计了面向企业的知识服务云平台,并对平台需求目标、建设内容、总体架构和关键技术进行了研究与分析,为新时期区域科技情报服务供给侧改革提供参考借鉴。
In order to adapt to the transformation of scientific and technological information service from resource service to knowledge service in the new period,it is nessesery to improve the ability of acquiring,discovering,digging and applying knowledge of sci-tech enterprises in the region.Based on the connotation,mode and process of knowledge service,this paper designs a knowledge service cloud platform for enterprises by using big data,cloud computing and web service technology,and studies and analyzes the platform requirement targets,construction content,overall architecture and key technologies providing the reference for the supply-side reform of regional S&T information service in the new era.
