神府粉煤成型炭化过程FTIR分析 被引量:3

摘要 综述了3种不同改性生物质、不同粒度神府粉煤所得生物质型煤、型焦红外谱图规律特征,探讨了成型炭化过程中官能团结构变化及机理。结果表明:3种改性生物质的红外谱图峰形相似,NaOH改性生物质首先是生物质中木质素结构遭碱溶解,溶解程度与碱质量分数有关。不同粒度神府煤所得产品谱线峰型相似,峰数目与出峰位置基本一致,但峰的强弱略有差异。型焦红外谱线较型煤简单,峰数目相对少一些,分析可知,型煤中以脂肪族化合物为主,型焦以缩合度较高的大分子稠环芳烃为主。型煤炭化过程包括5个阶段,炭化过程中黏结主要为煤粉炭化黏结与黏结剂炭化黏结。为了更好分析样品中分子结构变化,可采用分段分峰拟合技术手段获得更详细的相关信息。 The characteristics of infrared spectra of three kinds of modified biomass and briquette and formed coke obtained from different particle size Shenfu pulverized coal were introduced, and the changes of functional group structure and mechanism in the process of briquetting and carbonization were discussed. The results showed that the peak shapes of the infrared spectra of the three modified biomasses were similar. The lignin structure of biomass was firstly dissolved by alkali, and the degree of dissolution was related to the alkali mass fraction. The peak patterns of the products obtained from Shenfu coal of different particle sizes were similar, and the peak number and peak position were basically the same, but the peak strength was slightly different. The infrared spectrum of formed coke was simpler than that of briquette, and the number of peaks was less. The analysis showed that aliphatic compounds were dominant in briquette, and macromolecular polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons with high condensation degree were dominant in formed coke. There were five stages in the process of briquette carbonization, and the bonding in the carbonization process was mainly coal powder carbonization bonding and binder carbonization bonding. In order to better analyze the molecular structure changes in the sample, the segmented peak fitting technique can be used to obtain more detailed relevant information.
