摘要
为提高化学除垢剂的除垢效果,对化学除垢剂进行了研究。首先选取了实验对象,然后制定实验方法,依据实际情况分析溶液的p H值、反应温度、反应时间等影响防垢和除垢性能的因素,最终选取出最佳的防垢、除垢工艺条件,其最佳配方为:4 mL HCl、40 mL水、4 mL HF、0.4 g复合转化剂柠檬酸、0.1 g表面活性剂苯磺酸钠。
In order to improve the descaling effect of the chemical descaling agent, the chemical descaling agent was studied. Firstly, the test objects were selected, and then the test method was formulated. According to the actual situation, the p H value of the solution, the reaction temperature, the reaction time and other factors affecting the anti-scaling and de-scaling performance were analyzed. Finally, the best anti-scaling, descaling process conditions were determined, its best formulation was as follows: 4 mL HCl, 40 mL water, 4 mL HF, 0.4 g composite converter citric acid, 0.1 g sodium surfactant benzene sulfonate.
