摘要
为探究产品质量危机发生原因对产品实现过程质量的作用机理,根据产品质量危机影响因素发掘结果,在理论分析与逻辑推理基础上,提出了产业高质量发展对产品实现过程质量的多重链式影响关系的理论假设,并构建了相应的概念模型。利用SPSS 24.0和Amos 24.0对问卷数据进行了信效度分析及关系假设检验。结果表明:产业高质量发展驱动力直接影响产品实现过程质量;在产业高质量发展驱动力间接影响产品实现过程质量关系中,企业质量文化主导性、资源保障能力、质量改进有效性三者不仅具有独立中介作用,还具有两两组合及三重链式中介作用;产业高质量发展驱动力对产品实现过程质量影响的直接效应占比最大,三个中介变量的独立中介作用较显著但其差异不显著。
To explore the mechanism of effect upon product quality crisis on product realization processes quality,based on the results of product quality crisis factors and the theoretical analysis with logical reasoning,the theoretical hypothesis about multi-chain influence relationship of industrial highquality development on product realization processes quality was proposed,and was the corresponding conceptual model.The reliability,validity and the hypothesis of the questionnaire data were tested by SPSS 24.0 and Amos 24.0.The results show that the driving force of high-quality industrial development directly affects the product realization processes quality.In the paths that driving force of high-quality industrial development indirectly affect the quality control capability of product realization processes,enterprise quality culture dominance,resources support capability and quality improvement effectiveness not only play the roles of independent intermediary,but also have pairwise combinations and triple-chain intermediary roles;the direct effect of the industrial high-quality development driving force on the product realization processes quality accounts for the largest proportion,the influences of these 3 mediators are significant,but the differences between them are not significant.
