摘要
为探索电化学沉积法对油田集输系统防垢的适用性,搭建了室内小型实验装置,使用碳酸钙标准溶液对电沉积参数进行优化;采用离子色谱仪等仪器对结钙垢严重的油田采出液理化性质进行测试分析;使用ScaleChem软件模拟采出液处理前后的结垢趋势,判断电沉积设备的防垢性能。室内实验结果表明,所设计的电沉积法除垢设备的最佳电流密度为40 A/m^(2),最佳阴极、阳极间距为20 mm,电沉积设备工作体积与溶液总体积比为1∶400,最佳流速0.16 m/s,最佳循环沉积时间为2 h。电沉积法除垢对油田采出液具有很好的适用性,阻垢率可达70%以上。
In order to explore the applicability of electrochemical deposition method for scale prevention in oil field gathering and transportation system,a small laboratory experimental device is set up and the electrodeposition parameters are optimized by using calcium carbonate standard solution. The physicochemical properties of produced liquid with serious calcium scale in the oil field are tested and analyzed by ion chromatography and other instruments. The scaling trend of produced liquid before and after treatment is simulated by Scale Chem software,and the anti-scaling performance of electrodeposition equipment is judged. The laboratory experiment results show that the optimum current density of the electrodeposition equipment designed is 40 A·m;, the optimum distance between cathode and anode is 20 mm,the ratio of the working volume of the electrodeposition equipment to the total volume of the solution is 1: 400, and the optimum flow rate is 0.16 m/s. The optimum cyclic deposition time is 2 h. The scale removal by electrodeposition method has good applicability to the produced fluid of oil field,and the scale inhibition rate can reach more than 70%.
