摘要
以MGGH技术在某330 MW燃煤机组湿烟羽治理过程中的应用为例,通过现场测试,分析并研究了MGGH技术对电除尘器及脱硫系统的影响。结果表明,通过MGGH的降温作用,有利于电除尘器对烟尘以及SO_(3)的捕集;由烟温降低所引起的脱硫系统水平衡问题可通过滤液水系统改造及运行优化调整加以解决。通过MGGH的升温作用,可保证烟气排放温度长期稳定的满足排放标准的要求。MGGH在湿烟羽工程中的应用,可有效实现降低能耗、节水、污染物减排等多种目的,具有较好的经济和环境效益。
Taking the application of MGGH technology in the treatment of the wet plume control engineering in coal-fired power plant as an example,the influence of MGGH technology on ESP and desulfurization system was analyzed and studied through field test.The results show that the cooling effect of MGGH is beneficial to the collection of dust and SO_(3) by ESP;The water balance problem of FGD caused by the decrease of flue gas temperature can be solved by reforming the filtrate water system and optimizing the operation.Through the heating effect of MGGH,the flue gas emission temperature can be ensured to compliance with emissions standards for a long term.Application of MGGH technology to the wet plume control engineering had many economic and environmental benefits such as energy consumption reduction,water saving and pollutant emission reduction.
