摘要
立足于轨道交通齿轮的技术发展,为了进一步提升轨道交通齿轮产品性能。本文回顾60年来我国轨道交通齿轮材料热处理技术的发展进程,分析齿轮用钢成分体系、冶金质量以及热处理控制技术研究现状。研究表明:轨道交通齿轮材料及热处理工艺技术发展趋势应考虑3个结合,即材料工艺和产品设计的结合、高可靠性与质量少无冗余的结合、少无畸变与表面强化技术的结合;轨道交通齿轮材料在高纯净度、高均匀性、低成本等方向进行优化,热处理方面则会朝着强化齿轮疲劳能力、降低热处理畸变、应用热处理智能装备技术等方向进行提升。
Based on the technical development of rail transit gears,in order to further improve the performance of rail transit gear products,this paper reviewed the development of heat treatment technology of rail transit gear materials in China in the past 60 years,and analyzed the research status of the composition system,metallurgical quality,and heat treatment technology of gear steels.The results show that the development trend of the materials and heat treatment technology for rail transport gears should consider three combinations:the combination of material processing and product design,the combination of high reliability and low mass without redundancy,and the combination of small distortion and surface hardening technology.Therefore,the rail transit gear materials will be optimized in the direction of high purity,high uniformity and low cost,and the heat treatment will be improved in the direction of strengthening gear fatigue ability,reducing heat treatment distortion and applying heat treatment intelligent equipment technology.
