摘要
人口老龄化背景下,探讨老年人口抚养比不断上升、农村陷入空心化情况下,农村老年居民养老方式的选择情况现状及其影响因素。以平度市为例,从微观视角对农村老年人养老方式选择状况进行问卷调查,并运用SPSS 25软件进行数据处理,ISM模型分析影响因素间的层次递进关系。结果显示,传统家庭养老方式是平度市农村居民的主要养老模式,影响养老方式选择主要受老年人退休前工作情况、经济情况和养老观念等因素影响。其中,居住方式、养老储蓄额、养老担忧和养老观念是影响平度市农村居民养老方式选择的浅层影响因素,退休前工作情况和经济来源是影响平度市老年人养老方式选择的中层影响因素,子女个数和婚姻状况是影响平度市农村老年人养老方式选择的深层影响因素。
Based on the background of population aging,this paper explored the status quo and influencing factors of rural elderly residents'choice of pension options when the dependency ratio of the elderly popula‐tion continues to rise and the countryside is hollowed out.From a micro perspective,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the choice of elderly care options in rural areas of Pingdu City,and SPSS25 software was used for data analysis,the ISM model was used to analyze the hierarchical relationship among influencing factors.The results showed that the traditional family pension mode is the main pension mode for rural resi‐dents in Pingdu City.The main factors that affect the choice of pension mode are the working conditions of the elderly before retirement,family factors,economic factors and conceptual factors.Among them,living style,old-age savings,old-age care and old-age care concepts are the superficial factors that affect the choice of old-age care options for the elderly in Pingdu City.The working status and economic source be‐fore retirement are the middle-level factors,and the marital status and the number of children are the deep seated factors.
