摘要
天然气净化总厂万州分厂为高含硫天然气净化厂,分厂自2009年6月建成投产以来,由于气质气量的波动,以及上游通球频繁的影响,在装置运行中就不得不随时调整装置负荷,造成了一定的能耗浪费。为了达到节能降耗、降本增效的目标,对高含硫天然气净化厂耗能情况进行了分析,并就相关节能降耗措施进行了探讨。
Wanzhou branch of general natural gas purification plant is a purification plant to process high sulfur natural gas.It has to adjust the load of the main unit at any time because of the fluctuating quality and quantity of the feed gas,and influence of frequent ball through pipeline,since June 2009,when this pant had to be built.This cause a certain amount of energy waste.In order to saving energy and reducing consumption,this article analyses the energy consumption in a high sulfur natural gas purification plant,and discusses the measures of saving energy and reducing consumption,which can provide a useful reference for related fields.
