摘要
医用内窥镜能够有效对患者体内病变器官进行诊断,在医用内窥镜介入诊疗过程中,诊疗结果主要依赖于其设计结构和成像原理,介入过程容易产生不适症状或影响诊疗效果,若能改进传统医用内窥镜结构,提高成像技术,将对医用内窥镜介入诊疗提供重要帮助。本文在概述了医用内窥镜介入工作原理的基础上,通过阐述现阶段医用内窥镜结构和成像方面的新动态和技术,对医用内窥镜装置的研究现状进行综述,分析总结了目前医用内窥镜所存在的主要问题,并对内窥镜装置的发展前景进行了展望。
Medical endoscopes can diagnose effectively diseased organs in a patient′s body.During the process of therapeutic endoscopic intervention,the diagnosis and treatment results mainly depend on the design structure and imaging principle of the endoscope.Interventional process is prone to discomfort or affect the outcome of the diagnosis and treatment.If improvement of the traditional medical endoscope structure and the imaging technology can be boosted,it will provide an important help to medical endoscopic interventions.Based on an overview of the working principles of medical endoscopic interventions,this paper provides an overview of the current status of research on medical endoscopic devices by describing new developments and technologies in the structure and imaging of medical endoscopes at this stage.The current research status of medical endoscope devices are reviewed,the main problems existing in medical endoscopes are analyzed and summarized,and the development prospects of endoscope devices are prospected.
