摘要
红军长征沿线区域发展红色旅游有利于革命传统文化的传承与保护,以及扶贫政策的推进。以红军长征沿线的其中62个地级市(自治州)为例,根据旅游复杂系统理论,建立包括资源价值、经济基础、设施条件、市场条件及环境容量等5个维度共计25个指标的红色旅游资源开发潜力评价体系,采用投影寻踪模型,基于粒子群算法进行优化,定量分析红军长征沿线红色旅游资源开发潜力及其空间分布特征,借鉴IPA分析法划分区域类型并提出相应开发策略。研究结果显示:①在红军长征沿线区域中,红色旅游资源价值指数具有多重心、镶嵌结构、“东高西低、南高北低”的空间特征;②开发环境指数呈现出多中心、散状分布、东南高西北低的空间特征;③东部地区的红色旅游资源开发潜力较大,西北部和西南部的较小;④根据IPA分析法将长征沿线区域各地区划分为优势开发区、潜力提升区、适度发展区和普通潜力区等4种类型。
The development of red tourism along the Red Army's Long March is conducive to the inheritance and protection of revolutionary culture and the implementation of poverty alleviation policies.62 prefecture level cities(autonomous prefectures)along the Red Army's Long March are study objects.According to the theory of tourism complex system,in this study 25 indicators are selected from five dimensions of resource value,economic basis,facility conditions,market conditions and ecological environment,to establish a projection pursuit model for the evaluation of the development potential of red tourism resources,and optimize based on particle swarm optimization algorithm,with quantitatively analysis of development potential of red tourism resources and spatial characteristics.To construct a two-dimensional framework of resource value and development environment by importance-performance analysis(IPA)method,this study analyzed the combination structure of tourism resource development potential,divided the regional types and put forward corresponding development strategies.The research showed that the red tourism resource value index has the spatial characteristics of multicenter,mosaic structure,“high in the east and low in the west,high in the south and low in the north”.The development environment index shows the spatial characteristics of multicenter,scattered dirstibution,high in the southeast and low in the northwest.The red tourism resource development potential in the east is great,but small in the northwest and southwest.Finally,according to IPA method,there are four types:one dominant development,potential improvement,moderate development and standard potential.
