Objective:To study the distribution of TCM syndrome types in patients with ovarian cancer and their relationship with platelets. Methods:The hospitalization data of 56 cases was collected and retrospectively analyzed. The TCM syndrome types of patients with ovarian cancer were divided into the Qi(气)stagnation and blood stasis type, the phlegm-dampness accumulation type, the Yin(阴)deficiency of liver and kidney type, and the deficiency of Qi and blood type. The relationship between platelets and TCM syndrome types was compared by single-factor ANOVA analysis and binary logistic regression analysis. Results:Among 56 cases, there were 24 cases with the Qi stagnation and blood stasis type,13 cases with the phlegm-dampness accumulation type,11 cases with the Yin deficiency of liver and kidney type, and 8 cases with the deficiency of Qi and blood type.Compared with the other three TCM syndrome types, there was a significant correlation between the Qi stagnation and blood stasis type and the increase of PLT indicators(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Qi stagnation and blood stasis type are more common in ovarian cancer patients than other types. The therapy of dispersing stagnated liver Qi,and promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis should be applied in clinic. In addition, platelets in patients with this type often has elevated, which has a certain significance in judging the TCM syndrome type, and it is helpful to guide TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment to improve the abnormal blood coagulation function of patients with the Qi stagnation and blood stasis type ovarian cancer.
