摘要
以不饱和聚酯作为增韧材料,添加复配偶联剂、促进剂等,制备碳纤维复合材料拉挤型材用改性环氧树脂,通过黏度、固化曲线、浸润性、强度测试等考察了其固化特性、黏度特性、凝胶时间、力学性能,并采用改性环氧树脂进行了碳纤维复合材料拉挤型材的试制。结果表明:改性环氧树脂在25℃时的黏度为1273 mPa·s,单层碳纤维布浸透时间为88 s,固化后改性环氧树脂冲击强度由10.42 kJ/m^(2)提高到16.57 kJ/m^(2),碳纤维拉挤型材冲击强度由112.30 kJ/m^(2)提高到132.40 kJ/m^(2),改性环氧树脂的凝胶温度为111.47℃,固化温度为128.16℃,固化后处理温度为189.73℃,完全满足黏度低、浸润好、反应活性高、固化后强度高等碳纤维复合材料拉挤型材用树脂的工艺要求。
A modified epoxy resin used as carbon fiber composite pultruded profiles was prepared by adding complex coupling agent and accelerant to unsaturated polyester as toughening material.The curing characteristics,viscosity characteristics,gel time and mechanical properties of the resin were investigated by means of viscosity,curing curve,wettability and strength test,and the pilot production of carbon fiber composite pultruded profiles was carried out with modified epoxy resin.The results show that the viscosity of modified epoxy resin is 1273 mPa·s at 25℃,whose penetration time of the single carbon fiber cloth is 88 s,whose impact strength is increased from 10.42 kJ/m^(2) to 16.57 kJ/m^(2) after curing,and the impact strength of the carbon fiber pultruded profiles is increased from 112.30 kJ/m^(2) to 132.40 kJ/m^(2).The gel temperature,curing temperature,and the curing postprocessing temperature of modified resin are 111.47℃,128.16℃,and 189.73℃,meeting the requirements of carbon fiber pultruded profiles for railway vehicle featuring low viscosity,good infiltration,high reactivity and high strength after curing.
