摘要
综述了体育用品用聚氨酯的研究进展。聚氨酯发泡材料可以制备不易碎裂和刺穿的自行车安全头盔。改性聚氨酯热合在弹力面料上可以制备吸能效果好并且穿戴方便的软质足球护胫板。聚氨酯预聚体、复配催干剂、三(2-羧乙基)膦和乙丙橡胶橡胶颗粒混合均匀,能够制备具有优异耐黄变性能的聚氨酯跑道。采用水性聚氨酯还可以制备运动鞋鞋垫、具有防水增摩凸粒的复合鞋面,以及用于运动服的高仿棉纤维、排球外壳等。
This paper reviews the research progress of polyurethane(PU)used for sporting goods.PU foaming materials can be used to make safety helmet for cyclist that prevents effectively from breaking and piercing.Flexible shin guard that is energy absorbing and convenient wearing can be made with modified PU as stretch fabric.PU runway that performs excellently in yellowing resistance can be built by blending PU prepolymer,compounding drier,tris(2-carboxyethy1)phosphine and ethylene propylene rubber particles.Waterborne PU can be applied as sneaker's insole,composite vamp with convex grains that is waterproofing and abrasion resistant.It can be used as high simulated cotton fiber of sportswear and volleyball shells as well.
