摘要
目的:比较碧兰糊剂与氧化锌丁香油糊剂根管充填同步全瓷冠修复治疗隐裂性牙髓炎患者的效果。方法:选取76例隐裂性牙髓炎患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各38例。对照组采用氧化锌丁香油糊剂根管充填同步全瓷冠修复治疗,观察组采用碧兰糊剂根管充填同步全瓷冠修复治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后咀嚼效率、菌斑指数(PLI)、牙龈指数(GI)、牙齿松动度评分和血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、一氧化氮(NO)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)水平。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为97.37%(37/38),高于对照组的76.32%(29/38),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组咀嚼效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组PLI、GI、牙齿松动度评分和血清IL-6、TNF-α、NO、5-HT水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:碧兰糊剂根管充填同步全瓷冠修复治疗隐裂性牙髓炎患者可提高治疗总有效率和咀嚼效率,降低PLI、GI、牙齿松动度评分和血清IL-6、TNF-α、NO、5-HT水平,效果优于氧化锌丁香油糊剂充填同步全瓷冠修复治疗。
Objective:To compare effects of Cortisomol and Zinc oxide eugenol paste root canal filling and simultaneous all-ceramic crown restoration in treatment of patients with cracked pulpitis.Methods:76 patients with cracked pulpitis were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Zinc oxide eugenol oil paste root canal filling and synchronous all-ceramic crown restoration treatment,while the observation group was treated with Cortisomol root canal filling and synchronous all-ceramic crown restoration treatment.The efficacy,the masticatory efficiency,the plaque index(PLI),the gingival index(GI),the tooth mobility score,and the levels of serum interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),nitric oxide(NO),5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.37%(37/38),which was higher than 76.32%(29/38)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the masticatory efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of PLI,GI,tooth mobility score and the serum IL-6,TNF-α,NO and 5-HT of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Cortisomol root canal filling and simultaneous all-ceramic crown restoration in the treatment of cracked pulpitis patients can improve the total effective rate of treatment and the mastication efficiency,and reduce the PLI,GI,tooth mobility score and serum IL-6,TNF-α,NO and 5-HT levels.Moreover,it is superior to Zinc oxide eugenol paste filling and synchronous all-ceramic crown restoration treatment.
