摘要
为了探究在低水胶比下矿物掺合料对砂浆性能的影响,通过改变胶凝材料中粉煤灰和硅灰的掺量,分别研究了在低水胶比下硅灰、粉煤灰等两种矿物掺合料对水泥砂浆的流动度、抗折强度和抗压强度等性能的影响并总结其规律。试验结果表明,在低水胶比,随着硅灰掺量的增加,砂浆流动度先增高,之后大幅度下降,硅灰掺量5%时具有较好的流动性;随着硅灰掺量增加,砂浆抗折强度、抗压强度先增大后减小,在掺量达到25%时具有优异的力学性能。用粉煤灰替代硅灰掺入25%硅灰掺量的基准组,随着粉煤灰掺量的增加,流动度先持续增高,后小幅度降低,在粉煤灰掺入20%,流动度最大;砂浆力学性能则随粉煤灰掺量的增加不断降低。在硅灰掺量15%,粉煤灰掺量10%时,低水胶比砂浆具有较好的流动性和力学性能。
In order to explore the influence of mineral admixtures on the performance of mortars at low water-binder ratios,this paper studied silica fume and fly ash at low water-binder ratios by changing the content of fly ash and silica fume in the cementitious materials.The influence of two kinds of mineral admixtures on the fluidity,flexural strength and compressive strength of cement mortar and summarize the laws.The test results show that at low water-binder ratio,as the content of silica fume increases,the fluidity of the mortar increases first,and then decreases drastically.When the content of silica fume is 5%,it has better fluidity.As the content of silica fume increases,the flexural strength and compressive strength of the mortar first increase and then decrease.When the content reaches 25%,it has excellent mechanical properties.Use fly ash instead of silica fume to mix into the benchmark group,which contains 25%silica fume.With the increase of the amount of fly ash,the fluidity first continuously increases and then decreases slightly.When the fly ash is mixed with 20%,the fluidity is the highest.The mechanical properties of mortar continue to decrease with the increase of fly ash content.When the content of silica fume is 15%and the content of fly ash is 10%,the low water-binder ratio mortar has better fluidity and mechanical properties.
