摘要
研究了矿物质种类和负载方式对焦炭溶损反应的影响。结果显示,矿物质种类不同对焦炭的溶损反应作用也不同,吸附和添加的矿物质负载方式对焦炭溶损反应作用机理不同。简单介绍了国内外学者通过矿物质催化指数来预测焦炭质量的方法,同时证明了矿物质种类及含量相对独立地影响焦炭质量。通过分析矿物质在指导配煤炼焦的实例,提出在今后的炼焦过程中,要充分利用矿物质对焦炭质量的有利作用降低配煤成本,缓解优质炼焦煤短缺的问题。
The effects of mineral species and loading mode on coke dissolution reaction were studied.The results show that different minerals have different effects on the dissolution reaction of coke,and the loading modes of adsorbed and added minerals have different mechanisms on the dissolution reaction of coke.This paper briefly introduces the methods to predict coke quality through mineral catalytic index at home and abroad,and proves that the type and content of minerals affect coke quality relatively independently.By analyzing the example of minerals in guiding coal blending and coking,it is proposed that we should make full use of the beneficial effect of minerals on coke quality to reduce coal blending cost and alleviate the shortage of high-quality coking coal in the future.
