薄壁钢箱梁曲线分叉自行车桥的复杂应力分析

摘要 为了解薄壁钢箱梁曲线分叉自行车桥的应力规律,依托于厦门自行车桥工程,借助有限元软件SAP2000构建自行车桥分幅式钢箱梁壳体有限元模型,通过施加竖向均布荷载,研究复杂线型自行车桥梁在车道竖向活荷载作用下的内力及应力变化规律。计算结果表明,曲线段桥墩弯矩相对较大,弯扭耦合效应影响较为明显;直线段跨中横截面应力分布基本为对称,曲线段则表现出非对称性,且跨中截面底部应力最高;各支座处横截面应力分布的非对称特征显著。本文研究成果可为后续此类桥梁设计提供参考。 In order to understand the stress law of thin-walled steel box girder curved bifurcated bicycle bridge,based on Xiamen bicycle bridge project,the finite element software SAP2000 is used to construct the shell finite element model of bicycle bridge with split width.By applying vertical uniform load,the internal force and stress variation law of bicycle bridge with complex linetype under the vertical live load of lane are studied.The results show that the bending moment of the pier in the curve section is relatively large,and the coupling effect of the bending and torsion is obvious;The stress distribution of the mid-span cross section of the straight line section is basically symmetrical,while the curve section shows asymmetry,and the bottom stress of the mid-span section is the highest;The stress distribution of cross section of each support is asymmetric.The results of this paper can provide reference for the design of such bridges.
